First started CrossFit 7.5 years ago after having my first child.
What does TYF mean to you?
Te yard was introduced to me at a really tough time in my life. It gave me back my love of CrossFit, but also a community that supported me both in and out of the gym. To say Te Yard is just a gym, would be a huge understatement. It's a home with a big beautiful whānau where the doors are always wide open.
