Check out the classes we have to offer this month:

CrossFit

High intensity exercise that incorporates a mix of cardiovascular training, weightlifting, gymnastics and body weight movements for a full-body challenge.

Taimau Tāite

Our Thursday Enduro workouts are built to boost your stamina! Get ready for a high-energy class, usually lasting 45 minutes or more, with short breaks to help you build your engine at your own pace.

Tech Class

A skill-focussed session that alternates betwen weightlifting and gymnastics each week. Each class breaks movements down for you. Perfect if you want to improve your technique, confidence and quality of movements.

GGG Classes

(Girls Gang Gang)

These classes are reserved for and aimed at our wahine. A class for all levels where wahine encourage other wahine to do their best.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Power Hour

Body-building style class focused on muscle hypertrophy, strength and tone. Using TYF fully equipped functional area and machines, these sessions with help you train with purpose to achieve results.

Engine

High-intensity class combining running-style conditioning with functional stregnth and endurance workouts.

Open Gym

A self directed open gym style time slot to accomodate those who can't make usual class hours or would like to get in extras. 

Kids Classes

Our Kids CrossFit sessions are packed with games, movement, and mini workouts that teach tamariki the basics of strength, agility, coordination, and confidence. Whether your tamariki is full of energy or new to fitness, they’ll build strength, skills, and a love for movement - one fun session at a time!
