CrossFit
High intensity exercise that incorporates a mix of cardiovascular training, weightlifting, gymnastics and body weight movements for a full-body challenge.
Taimau Tāite
Our Thursday Enduro workouts are built to boost your stamina! Get ready for a high-energy class, usually lasting 45 minutes or more, with short breaks to help you build your engine at your own pace.
Saturday Grind
A competition-style workout designed to push your limits! Whether you're teaming up with a partner or working in a group, this high-intensity session combines strategy, strength, and endurance. Suitable for all levels beginner through to advanced.
GGG Classes
(Girls Gang Gang)
These classes are reserved for and aimed at our wahine. A class for all levels where wahine encourage other wahine to do their best.
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Te Yard Weightlifting Club (TYWC)
Te Yard Fitness is a registered weightlifting club. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, we provide a welcoming and safe space for everyone to learn and grow.
Gymnastics
This is a class solely for CrossFit gymnastics skills. If you’re looking to improve the gymnastics side of your CrossFit whether you are beginner or advanced, this class is for you!
Open Gym
A self directed open gym style time slot to accomodate those who can't make usual class hours or would like to get in extras.
